Snoozer
Temporarily silence alerts for one or more users
The Snoozer lets you silence alerts for a set period — useful when leaving home or changing your routine. Open it from the main menu (≡) at any time:
- Select the user(s) you want to snooze
- Choose a duration — pick a specific date and time, or tap a preset: 15 min, 30 min, 1 hr, 2 hr, 6 hr, or 12 hr
- Tap Low, High, No Data, or All to apply
Any user with an active snooze shows a Clear All Snoozes button under their name so you can cancel it at any time.
Remote Snooze from App
Pair your phone to snooze alerts from anywhere you have internet
Once you pair a phone, you can snooze your SugarPixel+ alerts from the SugarPixel Hub app (iPhone / Android). Remote snooze works over the internet — there is no distance limit and it does not use Bluetooth. As long as both your phone and your SugarPixel+ have internet access, you can snooze it from the other side of the world.
You must have the latest version of the SugarPixel Hub app installed. Update the app before pairing — earlier versions do not include the SugarPixel+ tab. Remote snooze also requires SugarPixel+ software version 2.08 or later.
Pairing Your Phone
1Open the SugarPixel+ tab
Open the app and tap the SugarPixel+ tab at the bottom of the screen.
2Start the connection
Tap Connect SugarPixel+ in the app.
3Show the QR code
On your SugarPixel+, open the Snooze screen and tap Pair Phone at the bottom.
4Scan the QR code
Scan the code shown on the SugarPixel+ screen using the app.
5Name both devices
Enter a name for your SugarPixel+ and a name for your phone.
Scan the QR code from the SugarPixel+ tab in the app — not with your phone's camera app. Pairing will not complete if you scan it from anywhere else.
You can pair more than one phone. Each paired phone is listed on the Pair Phone screen on your SugarPixel+.
Snoozing a Current Alert
1Tap Snooze Alert
Tap the Snooze Alert button in the app.
2That's it
Your SugarPixel+ snoozes for the default time, exactly as if you had pressed the snooze button on-screen.
Snooze Alert silences all active alerts — if two users are alerting at once, both are snoozed. If nothing is currently alerting, the button does nothing.
Advanced Snoozing
Use advanced snoozing to snooze ahead of time or for a specific duration.
1Open advanced snooze
Tap the Advanced Snooze button in the app.
2Choose how long
Pick a day and time to snooze until, or select one of the presets.
3Choose which alerts
Tap Low, High, No Data, or All to snooze that alert (or all of them) for the selected time.
4Clearing snoozes
To remove existing snoozes, tap Clear All Snoozes.
Managing Paired Phones
- Every remote snooze is shown on the device. Your SugarPixel+ displays a notification naming which phone snoozed it each time a remote snooze command is received.
- To remove a phone's access, tap the delete button next to that phone on the SugarPixel+ screen. It can no longer snooze your device remotely.
