Run a test alert weekly to confirm your external devices are working.
1Open the SugarPixel app and connect to your SugarPixel.
2Confirm vibration alerts are enabled under Alert Settings. Sidekick alerts only trigger when vibration or ascending alerts are turned on.
3Tap Test Alert in the Alert Settings screen.
4Confirm your external devices activate as expected.
